Production timeframe
The production timeframe for VC WEAR custom clothing is 30 days, starting from the first business day following payment confirmation and the provision of all necessary measurements. Any delays in submitting logos, measurements, or details may extend this period.
Production times may vary during holidays such as December and February. For urgent production needs, please inform our team to evaluate your case.

*For Equestrian Teams, we offer orders starting from 6 identical units, with size variations available.
*For brands looking to produce in scale, we establish a minimum order of 30 units with possible size and color variations.

What if I received an incomplete order?
In the rare event that you receive a wrong or faulty item, or an incomplete order, please contact our friendly staff at support@vcwear.store or via WhatsApp.
Include “FAULTY ITEM” in the subject line of your email. We will arrange a free collection with the relevant courier service.
To proceed with replacing your faulty item, we will need your Order ID number, picture evidence of the faulty item, a description of the issues with the faulty item, and any relevant contact information. Our team will ensure that your issue is resolved promptly and efficiently.
